Sensational -- A Multisensory Retreat on the Farm

A retreat to welcome spring. Awaken your senses find a connection to yourself and your spirit. To Feel, To see, To hear, To smell, To Taste -- Join us for an afternoon to explore your physical senses and connect to your intuition and spirit through activities including -- Equine guided mindful meditation - Paint without a paintbrush - Custom herbal tea crafting - Sound bath - Farm to table dinner. Each activity includes time to reflect on your experience and with each other. Come early to walk the grounds, journal or read in any of our meditation spots or just hang with the animals. Gather at 1 for introductions and get settled in for time with our equine healers to meditate and connect with them.
