Improve your child's reading with some time reading to the horses or goats or chickens, even the new baby foals. Each child can read to one an animal of their choice for 25 min. and then explore the games area and garden areas. This is a donation-based event. All donations go towards animal care.

About the event
Join us on the farm for a donation-based event for your child to gain confidence and have fun reading to the animals. Please be mindful to have your child read for no more than 20 min. to ensure all children attending have time to read to a horse. After their reading time, children and families are welcome to explore all areas of the farm that are open to the public al. Each child will also be able to choose a book to take home from our library to continue their reading journey.
